Jules Hogan - Sahay

Jules Hogan-Sahay (200 RYT, 500 RYT, RCYT) brings a strong foundation of play and creativity to her teaching of both children and adults. Emphasizing individual attention, she easily accommodates a variety of levels and ages in all of her classes. Each week she incorporates 'homework' into her classes so her students can continue their yogic journey 'off the mat'. Jules' training includes a 200 hour and 500 hour Yoga Teacher Training through Black Dog Yoga, Prenatal Yoga from Silver Lake Yoga, and Kids Yoga with The Radiant Child and Mini Yogis. She resides in Redondo Beach, CA with her husband, son and two pups.

Jake Hagen

Jake Hagen currently works as a Research and Development Chef for ASC Consultants in Westlake, CA. His past experiences include working in the restaurant industry as a Pastry Assistant and later Pastry Chef where he has worked on dessert menus as well as weekly specials. Jake received his B.S. in FCS Food Science, Nutrition & Dietetics from CSUN in 2017 and interned at a local winery that year as well. He obtained an AA in Culinary Arts from College of the Canyons in 2019 where he also earned 4 certificates in Culinary Arts, Pastry Arts, Hospitality Wine Service and Wine Studies. In his free time, Jake enjoys going wine tasting with friends, learning all there is to know about food, tending to his houseplants, listening to music and traveling.
